A Spectacular Route North...
Our route to Skye takes you through the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. We'll stop in a picturesque village, where you can relax over a cup of coffee or explore at your leisure. You’ll get stunning views of the UK’s largest expanse of fresh water, Loch Lomond.

Cross the brooding expanse of Rannoch Moor and journey through Glen Coe...

Learn the brutal story of the MacDonald Clan massacre and take in the weeping waterfalls that inhabit this incredible glen.

Fort William for lunch and Britain’s tallest mountain...

This highland town marks the end of Scotland’s oldest and most popular  long distance walks, The West Highland Way. There is a resting hiker statue looking out over Loch Linnhe. You can also take in views of Ben Nevis, the UK's tallest peak.

Eilean Donan: Scotland's most photographed castle...

As our road nears the coast, it passes Eilean Donan Castle*. Here you have the chance to take photographs and see the castle that featured in the film Highlander. Then it's time to cross the bridge to Skye.

Tour Reviews

I had a great experience with this tour company! The bus is spacious and comfortable, my tour guide Aileen was amazing and the accommodation they organised for me was beyond expectation! Aileen's storytelling really made this trip come alive! She even had a playlist of music to go along with her stories or the town we were passing through! I did the three-day Isle of Skye tour and my only regret is that I didn't book a longer trip! There are so many beautiful landscape to see and explore as well as the history of the region that you need to do at least a three-day tour to appreciate it all!!

What an amazing 3 days we had and in typical Scottish sunny one minute and drizzle the next but it was just Wow! Through Glencoe and Rannoch Moor, Eilan Donan Castle, Isle of Skye (must see), Loch Ness and of course Culloden. Accommodation in Kyleakin was fantastic and Neil our driver, guide, story teller was amazing. He knows so much and is passionate to go with it. His story telling, facts and tales was compelling. Highlight had to be when he got the whole bus singing along to a whisky song! Loved it all!

What a splendid 3 day tour! Went to lochness, highlands and isle of Skye! You also go other places which is perfect because you basically get to see a lot of Scotland in this tour. The scenery of the places was unreal. I highly recommend you go to these places as pictures don't do justice. Our tour guide, Garry was amazing!! His stories along the way between the big tourist spots really made the tour extra enjoyable for our group. He is such a great entertainer, easy going making our group feel at ease with one another and very knowledgeable about Scotland. I highly recommend asking to be on a tour with Garry and using highland experience tours!!
